Growing up in a small Malaysian village, my family struggled to make ends meet. We didn't have much, but we had each other and that was enough.

Despite our struggles, things changed when my mother decided that it was best for me to live with my grandmother at the age of 11. I was devastated and felt abandoned, but I kept those emotions to myself, which left a deep emotional wound that took a long time to heal.

It wasn't until later that I discovered the truth. My mother's decision was to allow me better access to resources as I grew up. If only she had communicated that with me from the start, it would have saved me from years of emotional turmoil.

Unfortunately, this lack of communication is all too common among older generations and their children. As a real estate professional, delivering the right solutions is about listening and effective communication. My role is to help my clients and their families achieve wealth progression smoothly.
